Managing labels for a growing winery often requires a team effort. Winetraqr Premium makes it easy to invite colleagues and collaborate on your digital labels and marketing content.
Inviting new members
- Click on the team or members section in your dashboard
- Click the "Invite member" button
- Enter the email address of your colleague
- Select a role for the new member (Admin or Member)
- Click "Send invitation"
Your colleague will receive an email with a secure link to join your winery team.
Understanding roles
- Owner - The person who created the account. Has full access to everything, including billing and account deletion
- Admin - Can add/edit wines, manage QR codes, create marketing pages, and invite other members
- Member - Ideal for staff who need to update wine information or view tracking data but shouldn't manage the team or billing
Managing existing members
From the members list, you can:
- Change roles - Upgrade or downgrade permissions as responsibilities change
- Remove members - Instantly revoke access for staff who have left the winery
- Resend invites - If an invitation email was missed, you can send it again with one click
Collaborating as a team is safer and more secure than sharing a single login. Each team member has their own secure password and unique access.
